Augie’s Prime Cut is a steak and seafood establishment. The restaurant is located on Lexington Avenue near the intersection of Route 6 Main Street and is owned by Cortlandt Manor resident Audrey Hochroth. The goal is to provide Manhattan-style dining at affordable prices.
Menu favorites include Porterhouse Steak for two that comes out on a sizzling plate as well as bottomless champagne during Sunday brunch. Customers can take advantage of the bar’s happy hour specials or enjoy fresh lobster right out of Augie’s own tank. Adventurous visitors even have the option of guest bartending on Wednesday nights. Augie’s gives back to the community by hosting yearly fund raisers that support organization such as Toys for Tots and the annual golf outing for Autism Speaks, which raised over $35,000 in it’s first year.
