The Professional Women of Westchester is a networking group for the women of Westchester County NY and provides it’s membership with a broad array of opportunities for networking, information sharing, and professional development.
The organization was created out of the need for local business women to have a place where they could focus on their business, networking, issues and challenges they face.
I wanted to create a business and personal networking opportunity for women to be able to come together and connect and support each other.
The Professional Women of Westchester encourages women from a variety of trades, even the same trades to connect and support each other in a non-competitive environment for continued growth opportunities.

As a former Administrative Law Judge with the NYS Department of Labor, I’ve heard 1000′s of cases covering workplace and employment issues that businesses regularly encounter. The same disciplinary issues that unfortunately end in termination and unemployment claims are the same issues that I can help you proactively manage or possibly avoid altogether.
My services help employers of all sizes strategically and successfully navigate all phases of the unemployment claim, hearing and appeal process. Every employer at some time has to deal with the dreaded unemployment claim. I love the expression, The Devil is in the Details,… and I am confident that I can share with you the necessary details that all employers need to know to properly manage unemployment claims. From completing critical forms, complying with strict deadlines, identifying pertinent evidence, participating in telephone claim interviews, to preparing necessary witnesses and attending hearings. My services are tailored to help each business with their individual needs whether it’s a little help or a lot of help. I truly thrive on helping others
I firmly believe that life, law and love are all about notice and fairness. So much can be done throughout the employment relationship that may prevent disciplinary issues from escalating to a termination. I welcome the opportunity to listen and learn about your business. We can work together to develop and sustain an optimal workplace.
